The project in this year completed online management system modification; including inquiry system, integrated compound inquiry, permit integrated inquiry , and register permit online application. Such change will reduce huge burden bearing by the local environmental agency. We develop associate automatic inspection function with inquiry system to increase the online inspection power.These automatic systems will assist the human operated regular inspection to promptly and accurately catches up illegal activity and offers policy revision reference. There were 4 sessions of training held for manufacturer. 27 training sessions for public participation on online reporting were held in 16 local agencies. There were 121 data releasing records completed in year 2005, 895operation annual reports in 2005, 544 filed operation records for first and third quarter in year 2006, 5,788 category IV permitted documents, 71 waste recognition declarations, totally 7,607 data were entered. There were 87% online reporting rate achieved and toxic chemicals management becomes prompt and more convenient.
